The image is a work from my series "People by the Sea," in which human presence in minimalist coastal landscapes becomes a vehicle for existential and timeless questions. A small group of people stands at the edge of the sea, united yet individual, without narrative attribution. Opposite them stands a single, gnarled tree, acting as a silent counterpart and symbolic pole.
The clear horizon line and the intense color gradients from cool blue to warm red create a tense visual architecture. The reflection in the water opens up a second level of perception and reinforces the impression of transition, reflection, and inner contemplation.
As in all my works, the concept and artistic design are entirely my own. The visualization was realized with the help of generative AI as an integral part of my creative process, consciously used to refine color, space, and the visual idea. The work moves between surreal landscape, symbolic reduction, and contemplative imagery, inviting quiet reflection on human presence in the face of vastness.
