Collection: Wadden Sea Poetry

My series "Wadden Sea Poetry" explores the landscape of the Wadden Sea using a minimalist, semi-abstract visual language.

Channels, waterlines, rows of stakes, and groynes are condensed into their essential forms. The characteristic dynamics of ebb and flow are not depicted as a true-to-life representation, but as a composition of line, light, space, and rhythm. The landscape appears both familiar and timeless.

The works move between coastal landscape and abstraction. They invite viewers to perceive the Wadden Sea not just as a geographical location, but as an experience of vastness, stillness, and change.

Concept, composition, and artistic design by me. Visualization was created using generative AI as part of the creative process.
