The image is a work from my series "Wadden Sea Art". The piece shows an abstracted, surreal interpretation of a salt marsh – a transitional space between land and sea, order and change. Reduced forms, reflective water surfaces, and vibrant color accents condense the landscape into a serene, timeless composition.
The horizontal expanse, the subtle structures of the salt marsh, and the clear color dramaturgy create an atmosphere of stillness and openness. The Wadden Sea appears here not as a concrete place, but as an inner landscape – floating, slightly ethereal, beyond clear localization.
As in all my works, the concept and artistic design are my own. The visualization was created with the help of generative AI as an integral part of my creative process, consciously used to expand and condense the artistic image idea.
The work moves between abstraction and landscape depiction and invites contemplative viewing.
