Tidal Fire—Wall Art, Fine Art Print, Canvas, Acrylic Print

A curved groyne traverses the tranquil waters of the Wadden Sea, gently drawing the eye to the distant horizon. Water and sky merge into an almost boundless expanse of cool blue and turquoise tones. A luminous band of red, orange, and gold marks the transition between light and distance, reflecting along the curved structure.

The work reduces the landscape to a few essential elements: line, light, and space. The characteristic coastal protection structures of the Wadden Sea are not depicted documentarily but translated into a semi-abstract visual language. The groyne appears as a graphic symbol within a silent, timeless landscape.

The composition explores orientation, rhythm, and the continuous change brought by ebb and flow. The curved shape creates a calm dynamism, while the reduced color palette enhances the atmosphere of vastness and contemplation. Between minimalist landscape depiction and abstract composition, a visual world emerges that poetically condenses the character of the Wadden Sea.

Concept and artistic design are mine. The visualization was realized using generative AI as an integral part of my creative process.
